Today my grandfather passed away. He was my last living grandparent so now that generation has completely exited my life and my parents have no parents.

Thankfully, my daughter’s grandparents are all still here. They came to celebrate her artwork being shown at the Detroit Institute of Art.

No matter my comfort level, it doesn’t compare to my cat.

The first “balloon flowers” are finally blooming. These are my favorite.

Finally got my heart rate into the all important Zone 4 during my exercise.

Sunrise with many clouds

I’ve been using my anxiety over AI and other technological enshitificatiins to do more in the real world. Taking more walks, chatting with friends, taking the family out for ice cream, and witnessing sunsets.
