Pindo Palm Fruit Jul 13, 2020 I discovered this massive bunch of ripe “jelly palm” fruit on a recent walk 1 and learned that it’s flavor is a cross between pineapple and apricot. I’ve been trying to become more aware of my own neighborhood now that I’m working from home. ↩︎
