Finished reading: Number One Is Walking by Steve Martin 📚
The first half of the book is a fun way to add meat onto some short but interesting anecdotes. Oddly, the later half of the book is just unrelated New Yorker style cartoons.
This morning I ground my coffee at the wrong setting and now it won’t properly brew in my drip machine.😨 Thankfully, the grind will work with a pour-over so I don’t have to create a GoFundMe for this trying time.
Congratulations to some dear friends on the healthy birth of their first son. (Especially the enduring 40+ hours of labor part!)
An Event Apart says farewell
😤This is genuinely upsetting news as those were the most useful conferences I ever attended, in person or virtually. I’m scared that we’ll soon have nothing left but commercials disguised as conferences.
