Finished reading: The Haunting of Hill House by Shirley Jackson 📚
Really enjoyed how unconventional this book was with its ghost story. It’s no wonder why so many adaptations have been made from it.
Taking a stand isn’t upvoting, liking, favoriting, reposting, or whatevering. […] It’s deleting the content you gave these companies and your accounts.
It’s saying no, and walking away.
If so many hadn’t abandoned their online identities to the socials, the internet would be flooded with similar articles to this one by Ben Brooks.

I’ve been making seasonal music recommendations as a way to highlight good albums and encourage my own musical exploration. Only 8 more days left to check out spring before I start the summer list.
The weekend was spent honoring a life lost. A time where we capsized against the part of life we all must face and grieved over what we could not change. In that breaking down, however, we also picked each other up and put ourselves back together into something more joyful, honest, and true.
